Spring is in the air. The sun is shining, birds are singing & trees are starting to show their truest most beautiful colors 🤩

As we stared out the window in awe & wondered which game to play next, we just couldn't think of a more perfect choice than Photosynthesis.

✨GAMEPLAY✨:

Photosynthesis is a strategic tree placement game for 2-4 players.

The main goal is to guide your trees throughout their life cycle by using light points (The game's currency). Light points are awarded each turn during the game, based on which trees are in the sunlight as the sun rotates around the board. 🌞

Small trees get 1 point, medium-sized trees get 2 and large ones award you with 3. If your tree is in the shadow of another though, they do not give you any points, so think ahead with your placements! 🤓

As you plant seeds, upgrade trees and retire them at their end of the life cycle for extra points, your opponents are competing with you to strategically block your sunlight and place their own trees in more fertile soil.

The game is over once the sun has fully rotated around the game board 3 times. (or 4 depending on game mode) 😊

Points are calculated in a variety of different ways, which adds to the game's replayability and overall enjoyment. 😉

We highly recommend playing with two players first to fully grasp the gameplay and tree placement rules, then when ready add in a couple more players and watch the hectic competition for available planting space begin! 🤪
